FINE COOKED HAM
Fine cooked ham made from hind legs of pork, steamed for at least 16 hours: rich in flavour, with an extremely inviting aroma. The slice strength, with no central fat, allows to consume it both hot and cold. It does not contain added polyphosphates, gluten and milk derivatives.
