Filatella was created by Italian Masters Dalli Cardillo. A stringy and versatile food specialty, it is ideal for use in cooking, especially for baked dishes: on pizza instead of mozzarella and to make focaccias. It goes stringy but does not burn in any kind of oven (electric or wood-fired).
